December 30, 2000I think I ate too much carmel flavored popcorn.4:41 PM | smovakia The Watchmen reading is taking a bit of time considering I'm reading 3-4 other books right now. I'm the farthest ahead in Watchmen though. I just finished the bit that showed Dr. Manhatten's past. Katherine when you were reading Mossflower books, did you ever run into an island with friut piled on the shores and the main characters ate the fruit only to find it was drugged? There was somthing about it in Legend of Luke and I was pretty sure it had happened before, but I couldn't find it. I should read all those books over again. I'm starting to forget stuff. I'm nowhere near as tired as I was yesterday. It was a half an hour shorter today then it was yesterday. . . I'm not sure if that made a difference or not. The freshman left me alone, and the cute guy either knew my name or was able to read my name tag. I spent most of the day hanging out with an 8th grader who reminded me of a young Claman. The head of the volunteer solved my problem about where to tell people I go to school by yelling across the room that I'm in the Teen program because I can't work during the week so it's easier then grouping me with the other homeschoolers. Everyone now knows that's I'm sorta homeschooled. It's nice to be with a group of people that has enough homeschoolers that I don't feel different. Anyway, training is for the most part over. Next I get placed in a specific area(probably one of the following: Ocean, Gallery 2(this is where they put the traveling exhibits, so it changes every few months), or I/O(input/output computers). Once I get placed I have to go in to be trained for the specific area, then I can just go in once a week and work for 8 hours. One good thing is if I get 500 hours there, I get cake!! At a hundred hours you get a sweatshirt. 'till then I have to wear a T-shirt. 7:01 PM | smovakia December 27, 2000ooo. spiffy Gundam W quiz^_^1. I also got the Watchmen!!
