January 27, 2001I went to an art class at CCAD today. It was really fun. We did charcole sketching the whole time. I can't scan them and put them in my sketch blog because the teacher collected them at the end of the class. It was a bit intimidating when I first walked in though. I was the first student there, and the room was full of strange looking furnature. I don't even think I could descibe it, it was just odd furnature. But anyway the teacher told me to sit anywhere. The furnature didn't look like I could sit in it, there were no chairs. . . I just sorta stood around 'till someone else came in and sat down. It wasn't the most comfy seat ever. It was sorta a bench that you straddle and there's another piece of wood that could be moved up so it was like a desk. It turns out just as good as on the oven and it's much easier(you just put the water and rice in a microvavable container and zap it.
