April 7, 2001My sister was supposed to get out of the hospital today, but I think they're keeping her in 'till monday now. . . I'm kinda glad since the nurses hinted that they were mostly sending her home 'cause the insurance company was getting bitchy. The doctor told my family that when my sister does go home she shouldn't be left alone in the house for long periods of time. Since I don't have school on friday my mom wants me to go over to my sister's house. I pretty much refused. I don't want to be around my sister if she would start acting like she did at the end of spring break. . . is that selfish and bad?1:49 PM | smovakia April 5, 2001I'm happier then I was this morning and yesterday. My sister's doing better, they think she'll get out of the hospital this weekend. I didn't have to ride the bus this morning. My mom was at a doctor's appointment this morning and we weren't sure if she'd get back in time to take me to school, but she did so all is well. I've become somewhat obsessed with celtic knots. I even found a web site that tells you how to draw them^_^. I do have a lot of work to do, and very little will to do any of it. . . but that's ok. I'll get through it . . . somehow. This weekend's going to be hellish. I have to shoot for two photography assignments, I have my art class on saturday, and I have to go to cosi T.T But at least I can do one of the photo assignments on my brake at cosi I think. I'm just worried I'll lose the camera there. . . Oh well, I think it'd be much more interesting to take pictures of a pendulum at cosi then anything there is around my house.4:21 PM | smovakia T.T I might have to ride the bus today. 8:06 AM | smovakia April 4, 2001x.x My random good mood yesterday deteriorated after I visited my sister. She's not doing to well. She's started to try to convert my mom to mormonism again.This morning I think I probably shouldn't have gotten out of bed. April 3, 2001I think blogger's working again. . . I'll find out.Well, today is a lovely day, even if nothing's gone right. It's the first day of the week 'cause we had a long weekend, but I didn't have a chance to do much yesterday 'cause I was writing my photography paper. I got to school a little late this morning and had no idea what was going on. There was an asembly. I don't think it was the brightest idea ever to start the week off with a speaker on the holocaust. She was a good speaker, but it was just a depressing way to start the week. Then my photography teacher was in a bad mood 'cause very few people turned in their photography papers even though he had given us an extention. My friend in that class was also somewhat upset because she had way too much to do and no time to do any of it. Then I go to the library and find that there's a simple machine's fair, and I can't sit in the library and read like I normally do between my class and lunch. So I'm at home. Which isn't bad, it's just a lot easier to go to lunch at the highschool if I'm there already, and I'm not exactly sure what time lunch starts since the asembly screwed up the schedule. But it's sunny and warm, and I'm oddly happy. April 1, 2001Today I'm a the queen of procastination! oh well. At least I got spiral updated. I just doubt my photography teacher will take that as a good excuse for not writing a paper on Brian Brake.6:01 PM | smovakia blogger isn't feeling well, methinks. 5:35 PM | smovakia I've been lynked! I feel so special ^_^ I have a new scanner too. It's spiffy and blue and translucent! It's a Hewlett Packard too, so hopefully it'll last a bit longer then that crappy Acer scanner. I tested it yesterday, and even scans a hell of a lot better then my old one! Unfortunately I'm at my dad's house, and therefore cannot scan. I also can't publish, seeing as how I don't remember my FTP password at the moment, so you all won't be able to read this 'till I'm back at my mom's, and then I can scan stuff!!  |
