June 9, 2001Yay! Katherine got her doujinshi!!! ^_____^4:24 PM | smovakia June 8, 2001This morning my mom was working from home 'cause she was told that her car needed a new head gasket. She took the car to the Saturn dealership and they gave her a ride home 'cause it's an all day repaire and they didn't want to make her wait around the dealership all day. So she was working from home, and there was a power surge. My computer's ok, but the surge protector's dead. Luckily we have another surge protector. Once my mom figured out that the surge protector's dead, and the computer's ok, the Saturn people call her back. Apparently the mechanic that told her the car need a new head gasket was fired, and the master mechanic looked at the car and said it didn't need the new head gesket. I know that was a bit of a pointless story.3:01 PM | smovakia Somehow I don't think anyone could ever organize a gay day at my school. I don't think I saw The secret of NIHM untill I was in middle school. Pretty much from 3rd grade to 7th grade I was stuck in Mossflower(hehe, but the looks of my blog I'd say I'm still there. . .) and the rat in Mossflower were always evil creatures, so it was hard for child me to get that the rats of NIHM were good. It's odd, but when I was little I didn't really notice how violent Mossflower was. It wasn't 'till ninth grade when I reread Matimeo and realized that Mathias and Matimeo were walking up a stairway leaving a trail corpses. It's due tomorrow. I've had a lot of time to work on it. . . maybe I'll write it in the morning. . . Yeah, I know. I shouldn't procrastinate.10:01 PM | smovakia For some reason I always wanted to be named Ashley. I really don't know why. I guess I thought it was pretty and unique. I was a strange child. I refused to wear anything but dresses until about 3rd grade, and then I didn't wear jeans until 6th or 7th. Now I always wear jeans unless I'm working at cosi or my dad drags me to some play or artsy thing that requires me to be dressed up. It's amazing how much I changed, but how I'm still basically the same person I always was. I mean I've always drawn. I've always been quiet. I've always had long hair. I think the hair has something to do with Star Wars. :P I'm serious. One of my earlier memories is of The Empire Strikes Back. I remember two scenes, the one where Luke and Darth Vader are fighting in a hallway and Darth Vader uses his sith powers to throw computer equipment at Luke, and the one where Princess Leia(sp?) is on that city owned by Lando, and she's talking to Han. What impressed my about the scene with Leia was her hair. 9:47 PM | smovakia I like your picture. Even though I don't know who it is. . . I should read those books shouldn't I? The hair is spiffy. It's all fluffy and sticking up. ^_^ 12:10 PM | smovakia I was going to go into school for lunch today, but I wanted to sleep in. So mom took the car to work, and I was going to ride the bus. The public transportation where I live is under funded, rarely used, and basically sucks. And my house used to be one of the lucky houses that's close to a bus route that goes to the middle school, and another that goes to the highschool. The middle school one is still there, but the other one nologer comes anywhere near my house. Oh well. 11:22 AM | smovakia June 3, 2001The world needs more sketch blogs. ^__^6:55 PM | smovakia I am not a happy person right now. I relized at midnight that I had to go to Cosi today. So I didn't get much sleep last night, and I had to get up early this morning. When I got there they were suprised to see me. Their computer system crashed again and deleted the file that said I was coming in. But since there was a grand total of fifteen volunteers today they wanted me to work anyway. The rest of the day went ok 'till lunch. I got pizza that's normally pretty good, but today was discusting. I drank a bottle of Dr. Pepper to try to wake myself up, but it wore off in about a half hour. I finally got home and I find that my house is freezing dispite the fact that it is June. And now I see that Freespeech.org is little better then xoom. There is now a little 'hosted by freespeech.org' thingy at the bottom of every page. Now I have to find a new host.
